I'm Mexican as well, (3.4/168), worked full-time during undergrad with upward trending grades....

All is quiet here. Is anyone (else) nearing the end of their ability to wait for Cornell?

I thought about withdrawing, but figured I'd stay on in case they magically decide to give me a giant scholarship alongside my highly unlikely acceptance.

Getting there. More than anything I fear getting put on the official waitlist now, I just want a decisionla Rochejaquelein wrote:All is quiet here. Is anyone (else) nearing the end of their ability to wait for Cornell?

Same here. I have a feeling they already know what they will do with everyone's applications, they're just taking their time.atp17 wrote:Getting there. I feel you guys. I'm going to have to call it after the next week or week and a half -- have to start dealing with finances and housing for my alternative.

I'm on the same page. Soon, it'll just be too late for me to realistically consider moving to Ithaca and what not.la Rochejaquelein wrote:I feel you guys. I'm going to have to call it after the next week or week and a half -- have to start dealing with finances and housing for my alternative.

On that note -- are you doing UT if Cornell doesn't happen? That's where I'll be otherwise. We can't be waiting for Cornell after sending in the LOI, right?gaud wrote:I'm on the same page. Soon, it'll just be too late for me to realistically consider moving to Ithaca and what not.

If Cornell doesn't happen I'll likely end up @ ASU. A COA of roughly 30k is hard to ignore, especially when I live here too. I love Austin, though, so it could change.la Rochejaquelein wrote:On that note -- are you doing UT if Cornell doesn't happen? That's where I'll be otherwise.
