not right....barring some miracle, thats pretty much going to ruin cornell for me. Decent people need some time to plan

i think they were blowing smoke up his ass. they started in march last year and that was with more applicants to review in rd first. also, they know they will have to take more deferred applicants this year due to numbers and probably don't want to alienate too much. i call end of february for first contact with deferred pool!
