Just complete again...12/19,1/4,now 1/10. submitted 11/10

Just got my 4th complete date.......

1/10, 1/3, 12/16, 1/29

Have others gotten 4 completes, and if so... consensus on whether that means good or bad news? (I might have missed a few pages in this thread, but it had seemed like 3 completes was the magic number). Oy, who knows. Luv u Cornell!

Same here. I submitted around the same time, and my status is still "verifying materials for completion." I posted about this a page or two back, and someone else said he/she was in the same boat.
Also submitted 12/9, still verifying materials for completion. However, when I checked just now, the boxes under the specific application components were checked for the first time, so I'm hoping for that to change to "complete" sometime this week.

Glad you pointed that out. I just looked again, and now my boxes are checked, too. It's good to see some movement.

Mine finally went to complete after submitting in early december.

On a semi-related note, does anyone know if admissions people can see when the fee waivers were sent and the date of a submitted application or if they even look at it? I didn't really consider Cornell until I received the fee waiver (because the thought of living in Ithaca scared me) but became genuinely interested in the school after. I just don't want them to reject me because it seems like I'm just applying for the fun of it. I did write a why Cornell though, if that helps.

ETA: I'm assuming we don't go UR at Cornell, just multiple complete dates? Sorry for the noob question. I was a bit late to this party...

I had four complete dates.. no UR and was accepted

In through status checker....4 updates - last one was 1/10. Applied 11/8. haven't gotten the email yet.

at the top of the page is a short message from the dean congratulating the admissions and saying that an email and letter will also be sent.

Cornell only tells you if you are invited to apply for the Dean's Scholarship, you won't find out other scholarship information until later in the cycle, unfortunately. Congrats though!
