i didn't get PT, either, though my numbers are up there. maybe i submitted too early after getting my lsat score?

regardless, i'm starting to think that RD may be a blessing in disguise. they haven't hesitated to waitlist strong PT apps, because they only have a few days to make a decision. at least with RD, you know they are giving your file the best consideration they can. i'm impatient for a decision, and i know a waitlist is still likely, but i'm always of the opinion that no news is good news.

Has anyone heard back after sending in Merit Only form? Do we know from past years when to expect a response?

Cheers.

I got in via email yesterday as well. As someone already mentioned most of the admits on LSN are 170+... so perhaps they are working their way down. I had a why duke.

Yes 169's!!! I'm hoping my update to 1/24 was a good thing, and I'll get the email soon. I'm not super confident though...

Thanks guys for the congratulations. 8) Good luck to all! I am excited to be accepted though I am likely not going to attend. I visited duke and loved it but I have some other personal factors which will likely sway me in a different direction. Not sure yet though.

Anyway--- to those who asked I was complete 11/4 and and UR 11/28. Also in case this matters, my stats are in my profile and my gpa is on the higher side of 3.9.

I haven't checked the duke status checker for a while but I recently checked it and it said my Current Status Date was 1/27/2012. Is the norm that it gets updated every day? (I assumed it did not get updated today since today was part of a weekend.)

It doesn't update every day. There should be 2 updates before you get a "decision made" status. What were your complete/UR dates?

Good luck!
