BLARGHHH. First rejection.
Although Berkeley was among my favorites of the schools I visited, I was already rationalizing to myself that I didn't need it since I want to stay in the Midwest.
Still stings though

And I hadn't been on TLS for about an hour so I got excited when I first saw the email.
