DLS without phone call is rejection, yep. Or possibly WL, but I don't think anyone's gotten waitlisted yet. According to the graph on page 1, there's only one wave of waitlists, in April.

Everything I've seen so far leads me to believe that DLSs are going out chronolgically.

Is there normally a phone call? An interview? (Excuse my ignorance, I know very little of this process compared to the people on this forum :oops: )
