I sent an additional rec directly to Yale's Admissions office... I don't see how you could do it through LSAC, once your application has already been submitted... perhaps someone else can enlighten us?

I had a professor recently send one through LSAC.

You can submit additional letters to LSAC in the same way you submitted your original letters... print the cover page, have them mail/fax their letter to LSAC, the letter gets uploaded, and then you assign the letter to Yale. The new letter gets sent out as a CAS "Update"... whether or not admissions decides to include it in your file is a different story, regardless of how you send it.

Three addenda-related questions:

(1) How did everyone format the "Activities and Work" addendum? How long was it?

(2) Resume -- did you include everything from the activities and work addendum but just without any description, to keep it to one page, or did you drastically cut down what you included so that you could put some description (as if you were preparing a resume for a job and had to cut your less relevant experience)?

(3) How much are we expected to write for the "Post-school Activities" addendum? If we've been working since graduation, then won't that already be reflected on our resume and on the "Activities and Work" addendum? Do they want us to talk about hobbies? WTF?

I'm just sort of confused as to how these three parts of your application are supposed to work in conjunction with each other given their obvious overlap.

Twitter update:
What's more exciting than watching the Super Bowl? Watching it as a newly admitted Yale Law School student. Calls this afternoon.
Good luck today, everyone!

Yeah it was quite a shock. I didn't understand what was happening when I saw 203 on my phone :p.

You can find all of these earlier in the thread. It was discussed in great detail and I think most of us shared how we went about it. You will now have the added benefit of knowing how many of our cycles have gone at Yale too. Good luck!

ETA: And just because it would look weird although I already got excited to see this and responded in another thread, Congrats Spek! So happy for you!

Got the call from 203 today! Tweaked me knee while playing basketball, hobbled off the court to sit down for a bit, and saw the call on my phone!

This slow, plodding trickle of acceptances is making me so anxious. Each time calls go out and I don't get one, I have to reassure myself that more are coming...I wish they came out in larger waves!
