Can I have your Penn and Michigan acceptances? (And Hawaii?)

I'll flip you for one of mich and penn.

Also, I should just say fuck it to ls and go do a masters in Hawaii. That actually sounds ridiculously tempting right now.

Congratulations! You’re in! Because we’re wowed by flash drives and yellow portfolios and personalized notes, we are sending you a large envelope with a formal acceptance letter and lots of information about Michigan Law. But because we are wowed by YOU, we didn’t want to make you wait to find out.

Congrats!!!! Book a flight to asw! :)

i would have seriously considered hawaii had there been any hope of receiving hefty merit aid. the lifestyle would be soooo worth it.

Good luck to everyone else waiting. Hopefully there will be some more movement today!

Assuming the game was Mass Effect 3, they were clearly wowed by your ability to fight off the Reapers.

This is both unexpected and YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. 2nd Mich ASW, be there. Forget about Vandy; your choices now lie in the cold, white north.

Haha, definitely. I grew up there and developed island fever pretty quickly, otherwise I'd be back in a heartbeat. UH Law is actually super reputable in Hawaii.

Sitting at Complete still

Since it seems like today was marked by acceptances, does that mean we should be hoping to remain complete the rest of the week in order to avoid waitlists/dings?

The moment everyone dreads to realize... when a law school discovers they admitted you by accident?

Haha, no. Did you double check, triple check your password spelling?

It's different for different people. Check your acceptance letter. IIRC, there were people in this thread who had deposits due March 1st (or earlier) and others who have deposits due beginning or late April.

Mass Effect fans at Michigan? This pleases me. I should have added that I was recently promoted to a Spectre on my resume, but luckily I got in anyway.

I'd be playing it right now if I weren't some penniless prole.

I have it sitting in the package but I'm too cheap to open it. I'm thinking of returning it and waiting for a sale.

Luckily I had like five other trade-in games I bought over the course of like two years that still netted me a free game. I understand where you guys are coming from. All my shit is going to the ASW weekends, which I will inevitably not be able to afford.

Holy shit, did not mean to throw out my first world problems. So I did some creeping and there is no way that LSAT won't get you in somewhere sweet.

There's always the option of just sending it to me instead for free. I'll even pay for the shipping.
