Does you status checker keep updating daily even after they make your decision?
Yes - I got a decision in November and mine still updated today.

AHHH I just got in via status checker!! I have a 3.55 and 170 LSAT, so while I was hopeful, I definitely wasn't expecting this.

I do have a question though, does anybody know how scholarship information is given out? I haven't gotten the acceptance in the mail, but I am on the admitted students website, so does anyone know if it's listed there? Do they tell you right away, or later on? Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks, and good luck to everyone who's still waiting!

I did. I also emailed them back with an updated resume, since I landed a job after I applied.

Yikes, just got an email from Michigan asking about a 3 month gap in my resume. Anyone else get a similar email sometime along the process?

Seriously! Everytime I see someone else get in I think "Oh, come-on!" Which is a totally dick thing to think. Just let me in already, Mich, so I can stop being a thought dick.

Not a three month "gap," but a "what have you been doing since you left your position at X" sort've thing.

In today, btw =). So don't worry--the email means they have a legitimate interest in your application.

Hey, glad you like it. That movie (and book) are endless entertainment and classics.

^This +1000. I feel bad but but I do the same just because it's been almost three months since I submitted. I just want to hear back at this point, I should've applied to more schools so that I'd have more schools to occupy my mind at least -_-.

You guys think I have an okay shot with 169/3.9? I applied pretty late in the cycle. I, for some reason, thought the UMich median LSAT was 170. Imagine my delight upon finding out it was 169.

^You've got a creditable shot, but you'd be sitting pretty had you applied 2 months earlier.

Withdrawn. Good luck to everyone still waiting on UMich!

almost the same numbers (169/3.8); i feel like Michigan is kinda similar to Berkeley in that they actually read personal statements and Why Michigan statements and take those into account along with numbers so it's never a sure thing one way or the other with any combination of LSAT/GPA
