So is the consensus that JR2s will start coming out Monday? I need to know if I should be freaking out this weekend lol.

I don't think there is any consensus. But a lot of people are speculating that KB2s will probably come out next week before thanksgiving or early the following week. If the former then we could see another round of KB1s go out the week following thanksgiving.

Ya true, consensus was the wrong word. Maybe majority would have been better. I think it will definitely be either this Monday or next Monday, I just wonder if it will be this one......

I think the fact that no KB1s were given this past week may be evidence that KB2s will start being doled out this coming Monday.

Not that it necessarily means anything, but last year JR1s started at 9AM w/ people overseas in Europe getting them first. Then, like the rising of the sun and Hegel's World Spirit, he moved west. so IF last year is a guide, if you don't see any ecstatic messages up by 9:30, you can take a deep breath, relax, and step away from the phone.

Just to fill this out slightly: I asked him during my JR2 last year about the order in which he was going, and he said that he was going east to west by current address on the app, and within east to west, he was going in alphabetical order by last name. I was in California, and my last name starts with a W, so I was presumably one of the last, and I got mine a little after 3 pm Eastern time. (I think he was done by about 4 pm or so.)

I think people started getting more JR1 emails the following day, too, so good news all around next week if the pattern holds.

Oh darn it. The address I listed on the app is my California one, but I'm currently in Spain. Does that mean I'm going to get a call at 10 my time!?! If I get one at all? Lol!

Ha! I'm in England, but KB doesn't know it. But thankfully, I'm in England, so I can busy myself with England stuff so I don't freak out about it. :)

What do you mean by England stuff? If England stuff provides ample distraction during the application process I will buy a plane ticket tonight.

England stuff that will occupy time: visiting Jeremy Bentham, pubs, the tube, getting lost because damn if the maps don't seem to correspond to reality.

Hahaha- this is so TRUE. We once had to move across town, got a rental car, and printed out google directions....that were 12 pages long! To drive across town?! Over 100 turns which we discovered were largely streets curving and changing names. I still think its a miracle that all pedestrians survived our little move!

It's just my honest opinion! I can't say I'd feel much differently if I were in your situation, though. Perhaps that call will come for me a bit later on.
