If not, I guess KB2s will start next week. I'm hoping its more KB1s conducted instead and KB2s to follow the 29th though!

If last year holds, Nov submitters should then start having their KB1s in the first week or so of Dec. Fingers crossed for everyone! :)
:) thanks...hoping for those KB1s...

I also went complete today.
Submitted 10/30, Under Review as of 11/7, then Complete 11/17. Hopefully more KB1's to be scheduled at the start of next week?

Same submitted 10/30 UR 11/4, complete 11/17
But I am not sure if this is indicative of KB1's for us next week. Some people on this thread went complete weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. I will keep hoping though.

I would guess that KB1 invites today or tomorrow w/ KB2s the week after Thanksgiving is the most likely scenario, but I wouldn't rule anything out, except for anything happening over Thanksgiving weekend. That and KB2s starting in December, b/c then they will have to endure neurotic applicants occupying Cambridge and perhaps setting fire to the admissions office. No one wants that.

But there is no reason, for instance, why they can't send out KB1 invites Monday-Wednesday of next week and hold them after Thanksgiving, or schedule KB1s for next week AND make KB2s, or schedule KB1s today and start making KB2s. Who really knows. It's kinda fun to guess though!

I got that and I already have a status checker. Must be some sort of glitch.

Nvmd. Got it two weeks ago. I can't keep track of all of these status checkers hha.

Sent 11/1... UR 11/8...

So, for Harvard... it's UR-> Complete? It seems the opposite for most schools.

Yeah, I'm confused. Do they just mark it "Under Review" when they receive the app or does "Complete" mean the review is complete? Why can't Harvard just use the terms the same way everyone does?

WL would be more likely.

Hopefully we get waitlisted, and then admitted because they realize this year = less applicants.

One question kept me from meeting Harvard's median on the LSAT. One simple stupid question that I could do with my eyes closed--missed it on the day of.

Best of luck to you bro--our numbers are close but you should do great!

AFIK, there is no correlation - complete emails go out after "Under Review" and even sometimes after "KB1s" or before both. It's anyones guess, I'd just not read too much into it.

I'm thinking the lack of KB1s this week means next week will be acceptances and then KB1 invites will go out again after the holidays to cover the first of December. I don't think its time to book a ticket for anyone for the waitlist, there's plenty of time left and such a small sample of people have gotten KB1s that it really doesn't seem like anyone can say they've missed the boat yet.

Just my inexperienced 2 cents.

I feel that no news is good news. As long as others are not getting KB's today, I it can't be bad that we are not. I feel like we might see some movement tomorrow though

Apologies for asking... but what is a "KB1"? Isn't Josh R the Dean of Admissions? Wasn't the phone interview called JR1 and the acceptance JR2? :?

Oh, ok. Who's the new Admissions Dean then?

While I said earlier this week that I wouldn't be surprised no matter what happened regarding KB1s and 2s this week, I really thought we would see movement on one of those fronts this week, especially the KB1 front.

Is she the officially the Dean? Her LinkedIn profile says "Director" of Admissions. Is that the same thing?

Her permanent position is Director, but she's serving as acting Dean until someone is found to replace JR. She did the same thing when Toby Stock left the Dean position for an outside job a few years back.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
