I was DLS 12/12 and I didn't get my letter until 12/20 and I'm in Philadelphia (postmark was 12/14, but still). I think USPS just doesn't like purple.

Wow that's crazy. I was 12/13 and I got mine on the 17th like 10 miles outside Philly in NJ. Maybe UPenn has ties to the Philly USPS system. lol

That's a nice theory, but I got a letter from Penn yesterday that was postmarked 12/16. So that's 4 days to get something that I could've walked and picked up in a half hour. I guess maybe I'm not a good example because my mail is terrible.

Well I didn't exactly inherit enough money to buy out NASA when my parents died...so how about I get the patco tickets to visit Penn instead?

2) That would be awesome except I didn't write any extra essays for Penn so I am doubtful about my prospects. I didn't think "because I live across the river" would make a very compelling Why X

Anyone know if they pick back up on deferred ED applications in (relative) order? I'm now UR 12/15. Just hoping I don't have to wait til April.

As for GULC, I'm pretty sure the ASW wasn't up when I was admitted. At least, I didn't know about it until after I received my acceptance letter. Sorry I couldn't be of any help, and good luck!
