Same. Looks like we're being rolled to RD. ED applicants who went UR twice last year were rolled.

I wouldn't be sure of anything this cycle since NYU seems to have changed its process so much. I also think most my-status-checker-changed-that-must-mean-X talk is pure speculation for all of these schools.

Just talked to NYU. They said that the update means "you will be hearing from us soon"

Is the working hypothesis that if it moves to 12/15 UR you're getting deferred? What does that mean for who's left...Rejection? That you're actually still under review?

What are you guys going to submit for "additional materials?" I'm going to get another LOR and write a LOCI (what do you even put in one of these?).

Shit, I have 3 LOR in too (one was for RTK). Is that the max? I moved from a per-diem position to full time, should I tell them about that? Should I wait to send a LOCI until my transcript updates?
