UR as of early December and still no decision. I'm guessing either a waitlist or rejection at this point.

Can't say I'm completely indifferent towards the upcoming March rejection/waitlist, but I guess there's nothing I can do about it.

Didn't even realize the bulk of NYU reject/wl go out in march and April. With that, at least I can stop stressing about NYU and focus on other schools. I'm not too upset, but I'm pretty sure I'm not competitive for NYU which is cool with me. I'm just glad I found this out because if I had waited until April to be WLed I'd be fucking furious (why would they WL in April? Do people even get taken off?) GL to all of you waiting with NYU as a top choice.

I work in the building that has the NYU admissions office in its basement. Every time I see one of the admissions people chatting with the security guard or going home for the night I want to grab them and shake them and shout "GET BACK TO WORK! PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE AT STAKE!"

Thank you. I'm in Cali, and I got the call at 1 pm. Would've been around 4 pm in New York. They actually woke me up, which was a little embarrassing. I'm a bit worried that no one else seems to have heard from them today.
