Hello to all.
I wanted to share my experience...My application was very late due to having to take the feb LSAT (since I bombed the Dec test).
I applied ED and they agreed to hold off until they received my Feb scores.
I am a URM and these are my numbers...
GPA 3.65 (Little Ivy) double major
I was put on the preferred wait list on April 4th.
responded with LOCI.
update email from Sophia on April 15, responded with LOCI.
Received the "small group" email from Dean on may 10th and responded with yet another LOCI.
Not sure how much longer I can hold out. I have a seat deposit to a top Boston School (not Harvard) and received $100k scholarship...would still go to GULC if accepted.
depending on what minority group you are a part of you should wait til next cycle.. Im not a URM so I'm no pro at this.. but I'm assuming you can crack the T14 with your numbers
The problem is I applied late to quite a few and had no luck due to the "so late in the cycle"
situation and they aren't too crazy about reapplications after rejections...or so I was advised.
That and I really don't want to wait a year...
not sure who told you that but it is completely untrue.. very few schools would care about you reapplying
as far as the waiting thing.. you may not want to but it is probably the smart thing to do financially and probably in a few other ways
thats just my advice; im not trying to argue with ya.. take it for what its worth
Q. I applied to Penn Law last year and was denied admission. I would like to reapply this year. What materials do I need to submit with my new application?
Applicants who are denied admission may reapply to Penn Law in a subsequent year. It should be noted, however, that candidates are unlikely to be admitted unless there is some significant change since their previous application. Previous applicants who wish to reapply must:
