2.66/160/non-URM/Very strong softs/30 yrs old/applied very late in the cycle
Got in Georgia State, LSU $$, SCar $$$
WL: U Florida

ALL DENY by LSP. If this thing were accurate, I would have been rejected everywhere (except Tier 4). Now I feel really stupid for not setting my sights higher!

They HAVE to look at your applications more than for your scores!

159/2.98 non-trad (been a licensed architect for six years, working for 12)

In at SMU and Marquette, contrary to LSP's results. Fortunately, SMU was all I needed! Seat deposit paid today.

Very, very impressive. I'd buy a lotto ticket if I were you. Congrats.

LSP is very strange, and sometimes does go against the conventional wisdom of TLS especially lately. I plugged in my numbers before the new version came out, and in my opinion was a lot more accurate than the latest version.

Yeah I was a DENY at the school I'm attending in a couple weeks.

I'm glad I didn't check that site until AFTER all my apps were already in.

Like the poster above, I probably wouldn't have applied to half of the law schools that I chose. I, regrettably, had already talked myself out of applying to a handful of schools. But I got into Penn State, which should have been a ding. I was a pretty bad splitter. :/ Kids, remember to study!

LSU? Are you from Louisiana?

Brooklyn Law School dinged me pretty quickly, so I think some schools that are ratings whores play numbers game more often than not.

I was also waitlisted/we-don't-call-it-waitlisted at my other denies (HCCN). Contrary to TLS conventional wisdom, they really do read the applications... I put a lot of effort into mine and had a good year with lots of choices, while my equally-indexed "they get my personal statement and my $16, that's it" friend had a really rough cycle.
I forgot to update this when I got in, but:

171/3.45 - DENY at Duke and NYU, flying to New York on Wednesday. :-)

I'll toss mine in here as well... 170/3.5, "DENY" at Duke. Applied in Jan on PT with fee waiver and got in with PT (which cemented my decision to go to law school). Got $70k as well. Graduated UG in 2003 and had been working as a biologist for Uncle Sam since 2004. Definitely got in based on work experience and probably LoR, both of which were from supervisors.

...but I ended up going to UCLA because I wanted to stay on the West Coast and they gave me even more $.

It's my impression that this cycle was particularly friendly to splitters, though I do have a lot of distance from my UG by now.

This gives me hope. Same GPA, PTing same/slightly higher on the LSAT right now. Really hoping I don't screw it up so I have a shot at NYU.
