So it seems they came to work this day to send JR1 e-mail to "Are you crazy?", as far as TLS is concerned. I would do anything to get my hands on precise numbers of JR1s / JR2s so far.

I support this- JR1s for all 2/4! Oh and the rest of you can have them too :D
2/4 without a JR1 = I am dead...

Hmmm with at least 1 1/28 hold getting the JR1, that means that I was passed up again (not surprising), and to add insult to injury Penn WL's me today :x .

I wouldn't view bist's jr1 like they overlooked earlier holds.

A hold means (assuming the info about holds is not totally disingenuous) that they want to look at your application in the context of the entire applicant pool. To me, this suggests that they must organize the holds according to some benchmark. I doubt that standard is the date you were held. So lets look at bist; how does she stand out?

Aside from being a fine person (and a baseball lover) bist has exceptionally high numbers, particularly her LSAT score. My personal theory is that now that the deadline has passed, they organize the applications by lsat score, then they go down the list. They probably do this several times, trying to get an appropriately diverse class.

Of course, I could be totally incorrect. Feel free to disagree
