Margate is pretty sedate. It's where all the Philly Jews go with their families. If I really want to be trashy, I'll go to Wildwood, which is almost as bad as Seaside.

If not Margate, then Longport or Ventnor on Absecon Island. Beach Haven is fairly popular as well.
