Hopefully this is a pointless and silly question. For those of us still in undergrad (or in graduate programs, I suppose), how severe do you think the post-acceptance GPA drop-off would have to be in order to merit a reconsideration from JR? I'm not expecting like Cs this semester, but would a handful of Bs or B+s have any effect?

(I realize this is all speculative, as none of us work in the HLS Admissions Office. Just looking for some input.)

P.S. Congrats & welcome to this week's batch of JR2s!

prob not much if it isnt some ridiculous drop

also, they would definitely care a lot less if it is a graduate program GPA (to the point of not caring lol)

So is there any system for determining which ASW we attend? Or is it just personal preference?

A silly, irrational part of me has this suspicion that one of the weekends is secretly more fun/interesting than the other....

Hey, I applied in early November and haven't heard back. Would some of you guys mind posting when you applied and when you were admitted? Thanks in advance.

I got my binder today! Just finished reading it cover-to-cover (instead of writing a paper. This is the kind of procrastination that I don't feel guilty about 8) )

+1 Catsparka... though that "we expect you to maintain your level of academic success" line at the end made me get back to work!

+1

And because it is farther away from finals time, so students will be in a better mood.

So, aside from me, who is pretty much decided on attending?

I want to get to know future classmates!

My days alternate.. one day I wake up like "Im for sure going to Harvard.. let me send in my deposit now". The next day I wake up like "no way am I paying 125k for law school".

So.. who knows.
