im still considering attending SU- rankings be darmed! But i wont make a final decision until i visit all of the schools, and take time to digest the visits. The rankings will be my 3rd tiebreaker ( aside from drunken darts, ncaa tournament games, then rankings)

Yeah I think I am too. So far its the only school I've been admitted to besides Baltimore and I withdrew. I'm interested in the National Security program plus a JD/MPA dual degree, which I hope will find me a decent job in the DC area in either gov't or consulting of some sort.

no, i'm not. before the rankings came out I decided to take a year off to improve my LSAT following a horrid cycle. I was gonna reapply to Cuse, but I think I'm gonna try my luck somewhere else. If I really have to (don't improve on my LSAT as mucha s I'd like) i'd consider CUNY-Buffalo, it's tuition relative to its ranking is much more fathomable.

Agreed. I just found out I'm on W&M's waitlist. So pending that, I'll be attending 'Cuse.

I think it's their goal. I sure hope so! It definitely affects my decision to attend or not.

Does anyone know if Syracuse helps with airfare cost to attend their visited program for admitted students? I know they cover one night of accommodations.

I went complete on 2/4 and got my acceptance via snail mail on 2/19 (I'm in CA). It came in a large white envelope with a Syracuse law shirt.

i've been checking myslice and haven't seen anything. Kind of whack, but I'm not too worried about it since I'm taking the year off. Sucks for everyone else though, that's for sure.

We are pleased to confirm your visit on March 25th at 9:00 a.m.
The visitor program generally lasts five hours and is informal. We recommend that you dress comfortably. You may bring up to two family members as guests (spouse or parents).
Please plan to arrive no later than 9 a.m. for the program. If your plans change, we ask that you notify the admissions office at 315-443-1962 so we may accommodate another student and reschedule your visit.

Im just sleeping on the decision for a few days. After a while, ill switch to SU's logo as my tar and tell myself im going there. See if i get buyers remorse or so. Will let the schools know of my final decision on monday april 4th.
