i got an email from the financial aid office about submitting my fasfa and all that 3 days after I went complete. Its at the top of the letter. Its also on the seat deposit forms that you get in your admissions packet.

If you dont have an admission packet, or lost the email you can call financial aid at 315-443-1962

Got accepted today. Sent application on 01/10 complete 01/20 found out decision today. However, I found out when I called them to ask a question. I noticed on myslice that there was a link for Admission Acceptance Form, but it didn't lead to anything so I called and asked about it. They pulled up my file and informed me of my acceptance.

Pretty stoked, but kind of worried about the high tuition price.

yeh somehow i didnt write a scholly essay or whatever and got in at sticker. promptly withdrew.

I had the same non-functional link on myslice as well. The individual I spoke with over the phone told me a decision had been made on my application but that she couldn't tell me. Subsequently, I'm expecting some bad news in the mail sometime in the next 5 days.

So did your guyses status checkers go from UR to DR or DF when they told you the decision was made?

Bc mine was complete on 1/20 and mine still shows UR 2/7...

i actuallly found it in a separate email from Syracuse shortly after submitting that I didn't read all the way through. Near the bottom of the email, it gives instructions on how to sign up.

I wonder if it's worth calling to ask whether there's a decision made like earlier people. But since mine still says UR, I"m not sure

I actually never received a link for a typical status checker like I have for the other schools to which I've applied. I received an e-mail from the admissions office on 1/20 letting me know my application was complete and with the committee. When I set-up myslice (the link was provided to me in the Financial Aid reminder e-mail) I never saw any information about my application until I logged in today and noticed the admissions decision form link.

The admission form link on the mySlice page stumped me too. I called the admissions office and they said the law school doesnt use the link. My assumption is that the mySlice page format is standard for the whole university.

It didn't come with your acceptance letter? Mine came with the acceptance pack. Maybe since it is later in the cycle they send them seperatly? At this point it is possible that they ran out of money as well.

in order to be considerded for a scholarship you had to have checked the box on the application and write the essays

if you didnt write the essays- you arent eligible to get a scholly....

I am happy I actually did those. It took me about 10 minutes and the payed off. There is no reason for not doing them.

i did them but lsac gave me a hard time about adding them and i got frustrated so i emailed admissions about it, and they never let me know if thye got them or not, i emailed again and no answer and now no scholly....

I ended up calling just now and feigned curiosity about the link as well, and when they went to pull my file up, she simply said that it was complete, decision was made, and it was going out. Incoming rejection.....

lsatextreme- they dont tell you over the phone( school policy). wait it out a few days. you never know
