Without seeing the scholarship letter itself, I can't do any more than guess that your OOS scholarship will be renewable, but the extra $6k is not. Just a reminder for OOS-ers: Please, please consider the strength of your ties to the state of Oklahoma. They will be paramount when trying to find summer work (and, subsequently, full time work). Specifically, don't come to OU assuming the degree automatically travels to Dallas, Kansas City, Little Rock, etc. Those markets are difficult for the absolute top students in the class to break into. Not at all impossible, but I implore you to at least consider the odds.
