Awwww, waitlisted. :( I might try taking the LSAT in Feb and see if that helps me get off of it.

Oooh. I only have to pay tuition (no room/board/etc) luckily so I hadn't seen that. I've been looking like crazy at real estate, and $1042 a month for room/board seems like double what it will actually be to me...

In with 15k! That 40k scholarship would have been nice, but I guess that's what I get for not writing a why Illinois essay ha

Waitlisted. Going to avoid this thread now so I don't have to see all of you being happy about acceptances.

171/2.94 and waitlisted. Not to be an ass, but I'm in at WUSTL... Really Illinois? I will not be accepting my position on the waitlist.

Does it actually say under review? Mine is in the batch that should be going under review, but it doesn't say under review for some reason. :?

I don't think they do YP. I have a 168/>4.0 (at/above both 75ths iirc) and didn't write a Why Illinois and I still got in with $40k/year.

Not every rejection of someone with a good # or 2 is a yield protection.

Dean Pless also specifically said in his other thread that they don't yield protect.
