Anyone else expecting GULC to get back to them on Merit Aid today?

Re: IN at GULC c/o 2014
Well it's official, I'll be heading to GULC this fall! I visited campus last Thursday and loved everything about it. The buildings are beautiful, the law school is in a great area, and most importantly everyone I talked to was down to earth and helpful.
Anyway, does anyone know how tough it is to get one of the studio apartments in Gewirz?

The consensus seems to be that if you want to live in Gewirz, you can. I don't know if the availability is different for specific layouts, like the studios, though. The Gentleman wrote:Well it's official, I'll be heading to GULC this fall! I saw from another forum that you are going to law school with your significant other. Can you even live in Gewirz housing with a non-GULC law student SO?The Gentleman wrote:Well it's official, I'll be heading to GULC this fall! She's finishing up an MA and won't be moving until next summer. But thanks for looking out!JC718 wrote:I saw from another forum that you are going to law school with your significant other. You should call them and ask. I read the "Please return this form by May 2nd" to be they wanted it by May 2nd.lawscholar20 wrote:Still waiting on a scholarship offer from GULC. They have pushed me off twice already!!!! Does the deposit have to be in by May 2 or postmarked by May 2?

If we sent in a deposit for a merit scholarship does that take the place of the May 2nd deposit?

Was there a deposit for the merit scholarships? I just sent in the "Intent to Enroll" form... Then again, I was ED, so maybe that's different.

I asked. Your $400 scholly deposit DOES take the place of the $400 May 2 deposit. However, you have another $800 deposit coming up in June.mr_toad wrote:Um, I hope so. Whatever. $1200 less to borrow. Comes off tuition, right?LegallyBlonde923 wrote:Thanks! I thought so but wasn't sure. Can't wait to get hit up for $800... Not.cngreen wrote:I asked. I think you get the $800 back the next week. On the Calendar June 6th and 10th says you get tuition refundsmr_toad wrote:

I believe that is only if you decide to withdraw after putting that deposit down. Unless I'm reading that completely wrong.Redsgomarchingon wrote:I think you get the $800 back the next week. On the Calendar June 6th and 10th says you get tuition refundsmr_toad wrote:
