Hmm, I think I'll skip the status checker thing. I already know I'm under review (well, at least that's what the email said on 11/23).

Anyone else complete since 11/23 and still waiting? Does BU email for rejections/waitlist?

In at BC yesterday, a BU acceptance would be fantastic :-)

Can it REALLY technically be called a status checker if they EMAIL you the answer?

Loopholes, friend, loopholes.

And IM, I've been complete since 11/17.

I have been thinking I am in some type of BU Black Hole

I have been IR since mid-November, although no news is apparently good news...at least it is not a ding already *sigh*

Seriously? Just call them then. But it's pretty pointless. Calling you is a lot less accidental than an email or status checker glitch.

Also, LOL @ Concept!

I emailed them 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back. I hate to email again and risk annoyance. I really want to know what the status is. What do you guys think? To email or not to email?

If you emailed and they haven't replied, I think it's safe for you to call them.

I requested a status check today and they haven't responded at ALL. I know it takes up to 2 days but if you are getting a response back...then what?

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

BU will drive me crazy lol.

My e-mail was returned already- basically just saying you've been complete since October, so no news on that front  above both 75s and very interested in BU... hope I didn't screw up something wild on their app. :?

I sent an e-mail asking for my status and they responded within a few hours. No new info, and I didn't expect there to be.

I particularly loved this part: "I hope you can see that our application status checker is not an automated system. We prefer to give you the individual attention that you deserve. We appreciate your patience while we work to give you timely and thorough information."

Maybe the fact that I didn't get a response means I'm getting a decision soon.
Maybe it means I'm a WL/reject.
Maybe it just means they forgot me. :(

So many options...

How many of you sent the certification letter found on the LSAC website after you applied online?

Couldn't they have made something up that sounded cooler than the boring automated email? ARG!

i wouldnt read into it, gemini. why would they not respond if you were hypothetically wl/ rejected (which is unlikely!)?

certification letter? I keep running into people mentioning these in various threads. I sent nothing to anyone. I believe BU only requires a certification if attending, but I have no clue what you're referring to.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
