I've never understood the worry about privacy thing- who are you worried about seeing what? How can it hurt you?

I mean, I don't think it can, but all the same, I'd just prefer that schools can't see which other ones I'm applying to or where else I've been accepted. Do I think they actually take the time to stalk LSN? No. But as sort of a "just in case" measure, I'm just going to keep it hidden.

I suppose that's fair. I don't know whether I'm identifiable from my profile alone or not, but I'm just not overly worried.

I more or less plan to leverage schools against each other anyway to the extent that I can.

Hey all - thought I'd chime in. I submitted on 9/23 and went complete on 10/27. My status checker now says "Application in review" with a status date of 11/9.

seriously, I can't believe how slow they are. they're gonna get a bunch of calls Monday if the Oct LSAT EA crowd doesn't go complete by then. I submitted 10/30, and mine still says Processing 11/11. Nervous!

According to the admissions office, as long as all your application materials have been received before 11/15, you will be considered EA, even if you are not "processed" until after that date.

Cornell's EA has no timeline guarantee like Duke's PT, right? It's just a vague "we'll get to you soon?"

It isn't that vague. Everyone hears by the end of December, I believe.

For anyone that's wondering, I called Cornell a few days ago and asked them if we are still considered early action, even if they don't update our status before 11/15, she said yes. They have all our application materials, they just update our statuses in order of application received.

... just got an email saying they processed my application, but they also requested another letter of recommendation.

Cornell is the only school that had a problem with one of the letters I submitted....

Why are you guys worrying? They'll get it together... relax. There's nothing you can do about it at this point.
