Can someone clarify this for me?

On the financial aid sheet that comes with the acceptance letter, it reads:

"If we receive your completed financial aid application before the deadline, you will not be required to respond to our offer of admission until April 15,2011 or until one week after we have notified you of our financial aid award, whichever is later."

So am I correct in assuming that 'respond to our offer of admission' is equivalent to sending in the first seat deposit?

"We are delighted to inform you that your application for admission to Cornell Law School is complete and ready for committee review. " (3/3, submitted 1/7)

Never thought this day would come! Who would've thought I'd be so excited about having my application go "complete"!?

Did you get an email, or is this from status checker? Mine just went complete after my interview as well but no delightful information for me.

Just in case anyone is curious, I RSVP'd for the April 8th ASD yesterday and also submitted the travel subsidy form. They emailed me back this morning offering a $300 travel subsidy to be picked up at the ASD. I'm pretty happy about the quick turn around.

Also, good luck to everyone going/about to go under review!

Why couldn't they give me $300? I feel unwanted.

I know somewhere else you can visit...

That sounds kind of like a proposition. I, uh, meant Vandy.
