I'm sure it is in the same level as such esteemed schools as Cooley and FAMU, and I think it may be neck and neck with the People's College of Law in California.txadv11 wrote:+111111
They don't rank 3/4 tiers, but I'd be willing to bet TSU is like 195+/200

That diploma mill emailed me over and over and over and over and over and over and over, I FINALLY unsubscribed after seeing the option at the bottom.jacketman03 wrote:I'm sure it is in the same level as such esteemed schools as Cooley and FAMU, and I think it may be neck and neck with the People's School of Law in California.txadv11 wrote:+111111

Yeah, I asked a few people on here, a friend I know that is currently there, and an alum, and the only negative feedback I got was the busy-flustered administration.jacketman03 wrote:Welcome to the new people
... I haven't had any problems with the Admissions Dept, but I have heard (I think it was from txadv11) that the Administration can sometimes be frustrating, but it's a good school overall.

Cooley or People's College?txadv11 wrote:That diploma mill emailed me over and over and over and over and over and over and over, I FINALLY unsubscribed after seeing the option at the bottom.
Speaking of Cooley, I got a mailer from them about a month ago, and my wife went, "Oh, this school looks nice, they give out big scholarships, you should have applied there." I then attempted to explain Cooley to her.

Haha yeah I'll be honest, I actually looked at the scholarship formula to see how much I'd get at Cooley, just for fun. But California School of Law seriously emailed me 20 times.jacketman03 wrote:Cooley or People's College?txadv11 wrote:That diploma mill emailed me over and over and over and over and over and over and over, I FINALLY unsubscribed after seeing the option at the bottom.

Yeah, I hate the California School of Law spam mail. Although actually, Regent Law has been more spammy to me than they have been.txadv11 wrote:Haha yeah I'll be honest, I actually looked at the scholarship formula to see how much I'd get at Cooley, just for fun. Sad that all of those are lumped into the same tier as STCL (although that just proves how arbitrary rankings are). And yet, I know everyone in this thread is waiting-hoping-praying for A "You have been admitted!" or "Your scholarship is XXXXX" email.

I dont understand how these tiers are made. Cuz if u read on like top law schools profile it talks about high the career options are after u grad since its in a big legal market, the schools advocacy ranks top ten all dee time i just dont see how peeps can say thats the same as cooley or FLcoastal

Well, since at this point it looks like my options will be South Texas or TSU (shiver), I'm pretty much locked in to South Texas (unless SMU swoops in and offers me admission).Tonio wrote:If yall don't get a scholarship are you not going to South Texas? or you gonna go just be dissapointed and rack up some debtjacketman03 wrote:That email could help make my week, you know.txadv11 wrote:"Your scholarship is XXXXX" email.
