LSN gives me the impression that they admitted all of the top scores and denied/waitlisted all of the low and are now at the middle. I am completely unfamiliar with this process so if this is obvious I am sorry for even posting this. Also, I do not intend this post to offend anyone. Again, I am completely naive to this process.
I'm not so certain about that. LSN numbers show low LSAT and high LSAT, and median and high GPA. I was admitted with a below median GPA and a 162 LSAT, and I was admitted...well...early?
But weren't you a special circumstance, though?
Only for the reason of being admitted roughly a few days earlier, yes. Aside from that, I'm a white, out-of-state male. Unless STCL likes people planning to go JAG (I've always wondered if any law school likes that, as it messes with their employment stats), I don't personally feel there was anything different that affected me. Chances are, to a large extent, you are right but they could just be going down the pile.
If I recall correctly the Dean is a retired rear-admiral in JAG or something like that...
