So those two acceptances were 2/07 and 2/22 complete dates. One was a URM. I don't know how to read this...SLS admissions has completely confused me. Is this the tail-end of the initial review process, or...?

Seems like it. I'm hoping that Dean Deal is clearing out her calendar for the rest of the week so we can get some admits rolling in for those who've been waiting patiently!

What are everyone's thoughts on sending a LOCI while still UR? I've been UR since Jan - I want to send them a LOCI but don't want to overwhelm them and seem like a pest.

I think the consensus is email. They should email you back with a confirmation within 48 hours or so... if they don't, you might have gotten spam filtered (I did..)
