I'm not sure it's worth the benefit though, considering what I would have to give up if I transfer. Anyway, I'd be happy with graduating from Columbia. Hey do you guys think I should send in a LOCI? I mean I sent in an informal 2 paragraph update on Why I would like to attend SLS, because I hadn't quite addressed it in the PS. Would the LOCI be alright? I'm sorry all these DLS's are making me desperate

Haha thanks, but my best soft is my upward grade trend...so... yeah. I guess we'll see. Staying in California would be really nice (oh so weak to weather SoCal'er here). Right now, they're pretty much accepting "auto-admits" - I'd bet that they'll still have close to half of the class to fill by the time they're done with their first wave of dings.
