I just wish they'd send out the rejections now as well... I want to get over all of this and send in that HLS deposit....

I completely agree. This is like the slowest band-aid rip ever.

+1

It's not even band-aid ripping at this point. It's like they said "close your eyes, we are going to rip off the band-aid some time in the next half hour. And that will still be as slow as we can possibly rip it."

I didn't want to discuss on this thread since I felt it would be like going to an orphanage and bitching about how my parents just don't get me, but frankly, I'm not sure. Yale v. Harvard is truly a tough decision for me. If anyone feels they have insight beyond "If you get into Yale, then go to Yale", I'd really appreciate the guidance.

Again, best of luck to those still waiting.

The cultures & environments at Yale & Harvard are quite different so I have difficulty understanding your inability to decide between the two.

- 100000000000, Italy and Africa have extremely different environments, yet, if I could choose either of them to visit...it would not be an easy decision.

Tell them that if you go to Harvard..and I get your spot at Yale..I won't attend HLS. But if I don't get into Yale, I will go to HLS. So there's really no reason for them to encourage you to go to Yale, they'll be in the same boat no matter what! 8)

The different environments seem like something that would complicate the decision?

It's funny how many other people in this thread that are all on board the "H unless Y" boat.
