Rejected at 12:54am! Guess they were working overtime to get out decisions. I now officially will not be following in my parents' footsteps...which I suppose is for the best.

Seriously. How odd. No part of the day is safe. I mean, my WL came at 9 something p.m. and I thought that was weird.

Yale truly baffles me: they send out decisions at 2am, yet no one is in the office answering calls at 2pm. Working the graveyard shift this week, I guess. :P

Anyway, for those who were waitlisted, is anyone sending LOCIs? If we were to send a LOCI and/or update, are we supposed to snail mail it directly to their office, as with additional LORs?

I'm really interested to know the answer to this as well.

Yes, I had a semester where I was only taking four courses to start with and withdrew from one of them (non-punitively) and still got in.

Same...I had one or two non-punitive withdrawals. Didn't seem to bother them.

2-3 Pass/Fails didn't bother them either, right? As long as you passed. :D

Greetings,

Anyone who was accepted (to Yale class of 2014) and willing to answer a couple of quick queries? I'm preparing my paperwork to accept my offer of admission.

Thanks.
