I have a heap of supplements from my 1L year that I'm willing to sell cheaply. If any 1Ls in town are interested, drop me a line.
The first time I saw this, I read "supplements" as the performance enhancing drug-type. And I thought to myself...."God, we need these for law school? What am I getting into!"

I'd love to go tailgate for Iowa/ISU game! I might get kicked out of Ames for coming dressed in Hawkeye gear though... Sorry, alma matter.

I can respect hawkeye fans. I can't respect Iowa State ones. In anywhere but Iowa saying you're an Iowa State fan is sort of like saying you're a Hanson fan.

NBA Finals are almost over and I'm looking for a new excuse to go out on weeknights...any suggestions?

Also, if anybody is passing through Cedar Falls sometime this summer (unlikely) let me know..I'll buy you a drink or two.

Baseball, duh.

Or, you know, use mine... It's better than NOT going out on weeknights.

So I spent a lot of time at Lowes this week and decided to splurge on more power tools. I built a bookcase and work bench with cabinets today. I don't know how this adds to the conversation at all except I think I'm going to build an outdoor bar when I'm back in August for a couple weeks before orientation. Only problem is I need bros to drink with. We already have table top entertainment, Sam.

Two things. One, respect with all the power tools/self-assembling! Impressive. Two, I don't dance unless there's a pole. Just keep that in mind on your next Lowes trip.

Hmm I've never built a stripper stage before. I'll get to work. I just have to go through the extra effort to seal the wood so that I can hose off the baby oil and sweat after use. Damn, you'd think Chris could be a little less messy with his routine.

"Umm hi...do you guys sell stripper poles?"

"Of course! That would be row 22, next to the WD-40 and industrial-size tanks of Purell."

When will everyone be getting to IC in the fall? I'm in the mood for hosting a mixer and get together before orientation starts if people are interested.

I might have you help me build a bar for my house... An outdoor bar sounds fun as well. My power tool collection is limited to a drill.

You can do a lot with a drill.. as long as the lumber is precut to the right lengths...

Well, Chris and I had a lovely date, haha. But seriously, it was an all around fantastic time, and if you didn't go, you definitely missed out. Court Avenue pretty much rocks. One weekend wasn't enough, though. Shall we do another?

We actually ended up with 8 of us out, though Kara and I were the only pending Hawkeyes.

Haha, yeah, we had a great group. Btw, last night I learned that my beer pong skills are pretty much nonexistent right now. There may have to be a lot of practice before tailgating season commences.

I wish this thread would pick up some steam. What am I supposed to do when I get bored mailing out settlement proposals? Back to solitaire.

We need more students to discover the magic that is TLS, apparently.

I haven't golfed in 3 weeks and it is driving me nuts. I need to hit up the practice range at a minimum.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
