Fedex pulling up, jump out of the car. nope. fail. goes to the next complex. lay my head on the steeringwheel and contemplate my idiocy. Emory, look what you're doing to meeee!!!

Re: Emory 2011
How recently did you see these stacks? Did they look ready to be mailed, or did significant assembly and packaging remain to be done? Did you see pristine, untouched stacks, or did it appear that some stacks were diminished because some acceptances had already departed from the stack on their way to be mailed?ze2151 wrote:just to go off my "stacks of acceptances" comment. i really did see them.

no no i saw them long enough ago that i imagine they're in the mail now. it wouldn't shock me if acceptances started getting to y'all this week (guaranteeing nothing; i don't know anything reliable, just going off what i saw).

Did you notice anything strange about the letters (presence of carrier pigeons, IU seals on the envelopes for some sort of surprise acceptance, etc)?ze2151 wrote:no no i saw them long enough ago that i imagine they're in the mail now. it wouldn't shock me if acceptances started getting to y'all this week (guaranteeing nothing; i don't know anything reliable, just going off what i saw).

Anyone know if those "stacks" of letters are still sitting in the OB mail box in the admissions office?

Tagged because I was curious about this too. Wrong thread, but who cares. We're all waiting for decisions and have nothing better to do than gossip about Emory.username99 wrote:Is the whole "Go to Emory, get stuck in the south" thing accurate?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
