When I first applied to Emory, I knew that I would want to share my acceptance or rejection with another person. So, I hired a singing telegram company to break the news to me. I instructed Emory to send the company all correspondence and then asked the company to send to my door a singing clown named Daffodil. I don't want to alarm any of you, but a tiny car just pulled up to my house. I'll keep you posted.

Letter was from another school. In at Indiana with 120K.

Hey guys,

I might have just gotten into Emory, my mom just updated her Facebook page and I think it said something about Emory but it was early in the morning so I didn't look at the whole thing.

I saw the red lettering and for some reason I thought it was Emory. My mistake. I actually had someone go check so that I would not feel too bad if I was incorrect.

first off, you emory applicants are alright. quality thread. secondly, i have a question about the woodruff fellowship. is it binding ed? if so, that may affect whether and when emory sends out acceptances before they've finished the binding ed part of admissions. on an earlier page a kid said he didn't get one, so that tells me they're finished with it. so that tells me regular decision should come out soon. but i don't know how emory does things, obviously.

I'm pretty sure that this year they are only admitting woodruffs. It's T14 or bust for them.

Got an email from Emory today:

"We encourage you to consider applying for the Class of 2014. We feel you will be a strong candidate for law school. It is not to late to apply as our admissions committee has not begun reviewing applications yet and will not until June 21st."
