So i get my third UR date. 2/3, 2/23, 3,14. Come on already and pull the trigger one way or the other. I hate the wait.

Dear Minn,

I would like to get off the waitlist in light of the new rankings. Thanks.

It was $60 a night., didn't see too many downtown for that much.

Sandro, I told you to bid $40 - I got Millennium at that price! It's in a very good location right on Nicollet Mall.

Second UR 3/14, if I got in here it would be huge. I would definitely accept. Although a waitlist offer and I'll likely decline. What's the deal with multiple review dates is it a good or bad thing?

I'll be there for ASW. Staying at Aloft Minneapolis Hotel, about a mile away from campus. Unfortunately, not getting into town until 11 pm on that Friday because missing 1 physics lab = failing the lab course. Can't wait!

Wow that makes the "UMN rate" at the Best Western across the street downright expensive. Oh well, too late.

lifeaway1985 wrote:Does anyone happen to know the specifications for the laptop? I know the website provides technical specifications for the Class of 2012. Will the Class of 2014 get laptops with the same technical specifications?
I asked a few weeks back and got this response:

Information on the specifications for the fall 2011 laptops are unfortunately not available typically until the summer. Typically, the specs do not change too much from year to year, but still represent improvements and updates from the previous year's model. I am sorry we couldn't provide you more information at this time. When the updated information is available it will be updated on the admit website.

Quite annoying considering the website is still two years behind. For a mandatory purchase, some information would be appreciated/expected.

Congrats on killing the Feb. LSAT and even more congrats on being accepted. Please check back when you get the packet in the mail to advise of any scholarship info, if you don't mind.
I received the packet in the mail today. Scholarship is $22,000 a year.

No. I should've asked, but I was slightly tongue-tied, as I didn't know they did phone calls.

if you have a 167+ you should get $$$, and they dont say over the phone (unless you ask and not sure even then). It will be in your packet you will receive next week or so.

Really? I thought (generally) you needed a 167 just to get in?

167 and below 25% GPA = 20k per year for myself and most others.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
