LOL! I know what you mean! Hang in there... they may be delaying because you're in the admit pile!
I'm in the "not sure if trash or if admit" pile. LOL. =/

Yeah mine has been "Your application is being reviewed" since 11/05... LOL. Why don't they just send me my damn ding????????????
I've been in the same boat since 11/30...BC is also the only LS that is currently reviewing my file, aside from Boalt, so I'm kind of more obsessive about checking my status for BC.

1) I am extraordinarily glad to see you used the word "frak." :D +10

2) lol, you're awesome. Do you have an LSN account? I'm sure you did fine!

3) I know how you feel about knowing. But I think you may want to be careful what you wish for...in two months, you may be singing a different tune. ;) Don't tempt fate, as they say.

1. BSG is the best show on Earth. Was? Nah, still is.

2. Yep, same name, Aggiegrad2011, didn't think a new name would be necessary.

3. I don't want to tempt fate although I think with what I've done in my life I should've built up some "fate points", you know, paid my dues :) 8 weeks sounds like an eternity at this point. Hubby asks me at LEAST 3 times a day if I got an e-mail/call today from a school. I totally understand his POV, I mean, we're looking at a pretty gnarly separation unless he gets his paperwork in by deadline for x-fer.

Le-sigh! What gets me most is that I ED'd to UCLA and they STILL haven't gotten back to me. Am I THAT hard to ding? I know my LSAT sucks, ding me already for crying out loud. LOL =/

1) It is definitely awesome! The Wire and Twin Peaks are my favorite TV shows, though. I'm in the middle of season 4 of BSG.

2) Dank.

3) I like the name Hubby. I can understand his point of view. I'm assuming he's an SO?

You'll be just fine. Your GPA is really, really good and you've got great softs. I bet you'll be surprised by how many schools you get into!

Oh, Toby is his name. I just realized I am falling into that weird "her and he" lull that I always warned myself against doing. Unless you've spent time around married couples for a long time you wouldn't know what I'm talking about, but after a long time, it seems like people stop using first names and switch to more indeterminate pronouns.

Like, my mom will ask, "So what's up?" to which I'll reply, "Oh well, hubby and I are going..." or something along those lines. Been married almost 5 years though, so I guess that's OK. Maybe not. Who the hell knows :)

Thanks for the optimism. I wish I could share in it, but unfortunately the "lolz you're don't have a 175 LSAT, retake" rhetoric has taken its toll on my psyche.

I will diligently update my LSN, if it ever needs updating (Still IR/UR for every school I applied to, except UCD, because I'm still awaiting evaluation there).

Normally I would be excited about "decision letter sent" (12/6), but the pattern on this thread has me worried. :| Under review since 10/20, below median GPA, above 75% LSAT.

Oh man, that's so nerve-wracking. Well good luck!! Above 75th LSAT makes me confident for you!

Thanks! I'm on the west coast, so I expect several days of obsessive mailbox checking...

I'm here with you. Except not so much on the MAILBOX checking. Just obsessive status checker checking. Gawwwd this is torture.

IMO, if you get a nice acceptance letter, you take a picture and post it!

Why doesn't anyone do that, anyway? Not like there's any identifying material on it! That's the FIRST thing I'm going to do with a (good) acceptance packet/letter...

Do we think that all decisions sent on any given day are the same or mixed batches?

Do the people that got held or rejected have anything under mailings?
Seems like people who have been rendered over the weekend have 12/6 under mailings.

I was UR 11/16, so I hope I'm in the next batch as well.

Anyways, good luck to everyone who's status changed to "decision rendered/mailed" today!

I hope there are some acceptances in this batch!

Hm, interesting.

Well I guess my 25th percentile LSAT's killing me then, since I'm 3/10ths over the 75th %tile in GPA.

Le sigh.

Dinged last night. 3.5 164.

Not surprising though not very encouraging to be in the very first wave of rejections.
