Well this month is ending. So I'm guessing December.

Hey, there's still another 24 hour period in November that we could hear back in!

Re: Boston College Applicants Thread
Submitted my app this morning, got the received email with status checker stuff less than an hour later. Still waiting on one LOR to be faxed and then I should be complete. I'm beginning to think that BC may be my top choice. With a 171/3.2ish, are my chances pretty solid?
Good luck to everyone, I hope we all hear back quickly

I doubt they over-enrolled, considering they had wait-list movement last year.HeavenWood wrote:Maybe it caused them to over-enroll their previous class. Does anyone have word as to why BC eliminated their EA program?queenlizzie13 wrote: Very possible...I wish they still had their EA program...
Not that I have a better guess for why they got rid of EA.
But anyways, good luck everyone!

I don't log into my status checker very often, but for some reason I noticed a "mailings" and "requirements" box that I didn't notice before. Is that new, or did I overlook that earlier? I guess I'm secretly hoping they're moving to a decision soon!

Status checker today:
A decision has been rendered on your application to Boston College Law School by the Admissions Committee. A decision letter will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service within 3-5 days from the Decision Status Date and will be sent to your current address.
Best,
Boston College Law School
Admissions office
I submitted my app in early October. I'm so nervous :/

Same thing on the decision letter thingy. I'm pretty sure it's not a waitlist (from looking at the graphs), which I am definitely thankful for. However, there was a very slim chance that I would have gotten in.... so I think they may have sent out some rejections in this batch, too (sorry to bring it up!). LSP had me at "consider" with 52% at or below my numbers.

Does anyone who's status checker changed today remember what the current status date was for their "under review" before it switched?

Although my status checker says a decision has been rendered, it still says my application is being reviewed and the status date is 10/12.lawgrl21 wrote:Does anyone who's status checker changed today remember what the current status date was for their "under review" before it switched?

Interesting...
I'm at the median for LSAT and above the 75th for GPA, my app went complete on 10/12, yet I'm still under review (since 11/9). Is anyone else in a similar situation?

My application is still under review. Status date is 11/16/10.

That would be sad. I am a splitter, at 75th LSAT below 25th GPA.gz5hc9 wrote:did anyone whose status changed to decision rendered have strong numbers for bc? i'm begining to think these may be rejections (my numbers are not strong for bc)

Mine says the same. I'm definitely thinking rejection though. BC was a huge reach for me. I guess we'll see in 3 to 5 days..
