The spirit of this thread is just not there... darn all these rejections and holds. Acceptances FTW!

Gemini, I agree with you.
All these rejections are making this thread feel very depressing...

The holidays are coming up - hoping people get good news at BC this week or next!!

so is a "hold" different than waitlist? so are there four options of decisions then: acceptance, hold, waitlist, and rejection?

Technically different. Very little practical difference though.

Mine got under review in 11/29, but the date was updated to 12/6.
Does it mean I will receive the decision soon?

I would say marginally better. A hold means they haven't made a decision and will review it again later. Similarly a waitlist means basically the same, though I think they generally don't pull from waitlists til very late in the game. I think that with a hold you might have a slight chance at getting accepted/rejected sooner than with a waitlist.

Decision rendered 12/5 but just showed up this afternoon.

There was a snail mail acceptance in this thread, right?

I'm fairly certain there hasn't been. All rejects/holds (maybe some waitlists).

Anyone find out how they did it last year? Is everything in the mail or do they email/call with acceptances?

Decision rendered 12/5...
It is 3-5 days until they send the letter or is the letter sent today and it will take 3-5 days to get to us?

At least you have Fordham. :)

Good luck to those whose decision has been rendered.

Damn I think your first one is correct. I reread it and it seems like it is 3-5 days from the date for when they mail it. So more like 5-7 days to get it?

Yikes - "Decision Rendered", 12/4

For the 12/4 crowd, what are your numbers like? I'm at LSAT median and >75th GPA.
