What does 3.7ish mean? If you are a URM above one median and close to another I have to think you'll get in.anti-phronimos wrote:3.7ish, 166--URM. So, I'm inclined to believe that the writing disappearing = waitlist/deny
Infinite sad face.

So is the consensus that no writing = wl/rejection?

You'd think that, but such is not always the case. Ah, and 3.7ish=3.7+/-.04splitmuch wrote:What does 3.7ish mean? Okay tea leaf readers - my writing is still there, and my stats are god awful, as was discussed yesterday in this thread - at length. I woulnd't panic just yet.If anything, and I don't know that it does mean anything, I'd guess acceptance or wait list. Since mine didn't change, and as was explained, my stats suck!

I have no writing either. But I would guess that I'm headed for a waitlist as I'm an extreme reverse splitter. First went under review in mid-Feb and latest update was to 3/8.

Why are people over analyzing the lack of writing on a status checker?

I know, I know. I'm confused too. One thing I'll say- I still find it extremely unlikely that I'll find anything other than a rejection in my inbox.jacketman03 wrote:But you see, near-numbers twin, my writing has disappeared, so I don't know what to take from it.Justathought wrote:Okay tea leaf readers - my writing is still there, and my stats are god awful, as was discussed yesterday in this thread - at length. The enormous Washington University Law on my status checker looks slightly smaller today. Does this mean a Rejection?snapdragon wrote:Gotta over analyze somethingjacketman03 wrote:Have you met TLS yet?spacepenguin wrote:Why are people over analyzing the lack of writing on a status checker?

I no longer care about WUSTL at this point. I'm just hangin' out to get my money's worth on the app fee.

Don't forget to ask for the chauffeur from said penthouse to campus. One wouldn't want to have to drive themselves.ScrabbleChamp wrote:Mine is still enormous, but the other writing is gone. Deepest apologies to all. I was dictating and Geoffrey made the glaring and most embarrassing mistakes. He's fired. I'll be hiring new help after I get back from the Springs this weekend.boozehound wrote:SEMI-COLON PLEASE!! C'mon!!Justathought wrote:That last sentence was rather crass.
