Just went from "complete" to "Administrative Review".

more waiting.

What exactly does that mean anyway?? Don't they all go under committee review?

Ready for this y'all? I'm still incomplete. Applied in November with a 161/3.4 (now a 161/3.46 since I sent in my Fall grades). I've emailed them and asked if I forgot to send anything and they said I was all good and I'd probably go complete on or around Jan. 18th. Preeetty nervous since Wake is a reach for me anyway.

+1. Still waiting, applied November 16, Administrative review since 11/29. Higher LSAT, lower GPA and than you, though, Rikkugrrrl. I just want t o know already!!!

There isn't committee review via status checker at Wake.

No one is sure, but we think it means you are likely to get a scholarship. The first round of schollys are supposed to come out tomorrow or Monday.

I do like the way they phrase it.

It's not like "Hey dude, sup... here's some dough. Catch ya on the flip side."
But more like "Welcome to Wake Forest, admitted scholar. Let us toast to your fiiiine achievements"

I hate the debunk the theory but my LSAT (along with brose's I think) don't traditionally get scholarships at Wake Forest. I'm a non-URM with a 160/3.7. I guess we'll find out soon enough... is there anyone who was accepted in the first batch that didn't have their status change?

you are probably right, but wake forest is one of the most generous schools out there. Who knows maybe they just like you a lot and want to send 5k your way. I don't think it means anything but i hope it means $$$ because that is the only thing that is stopping me from declaring my undying love for wake.

I am speculating that if it means anything for the earlier admits that means something for us. I think they could have been holding out admissions until they figured out whether or not they were going to give us scholarships. I see no reason why they couldn't let us know. Plus the admission e-mail said that they would let us know in January about scholarships. It could mean that we will be notified on monday after everyone else is told on friday, but who knows.

I don't want to burst bubbles, but FWIW, last cycle I had a 160/3.8 and did not receive any scholarship money from Wake

Yeah. I don't know if they'd negotiate with my W & M scholarship... I just wanna know if I got one from Wake or not!
