Barbs -

these are amazing - http://www.brownies.com/ "Fairytale Brownies". My mom used to send them to me in undergrad.

Also Cheryl's cookies are a big hit whenever one of our clients sends them to my office - --LinkRemoved--

I hate to be a bummer, but I think gifts may be sort of discouraged. I know that thank you notes are fine though.

Congrats to all of you. Considering I've been under review since 10/8 and my numbers are as good as people who got in, I'm gonna withdraw if they waitlist me.

Um hypothetically, just in case we all potentially end up at Wake...are there people out there that have strong positive feelings towards dogs?

I'm just curious because my puppy (see avatar, he's normally cuter) is coming with me and I'm wondering how hard it will be to find a roommate with my "baggage." He's housetrained, regular trained, freaking cute, quiet, and he plays dead when you say Avada Kedavra with a 'wand-like' movement.

Indy says congrats to everyone who got in!

Haha thanks guys. Ok, that makes me feel so much better. I was a little nervous about finding housing and roommates = so much cheaper. Sweet!

My boyfriend and I will probably get a house where ever we end up. We will probably be looking for a roommate, though. We have 2 dogs (very, very friendly) and a cat. We typically pay most the rent, and have our third roommate just pay utilities or whatever seems fair (less than 2/3). Wake might be cheaper, though, so who knows! We budget @ 1200-1400 a month for rent, and want a decent 3 bedroom with a garage and big, big yard for BBQs! :D

WHY DO WE ALL HAVE SUCH CUTE DAWGS ?

--ImageRemoved--

My babies. The older one, Peanut is in the back. She'll be 4 on Christmas and is a puggle. She is upset in this picture because of the new puppy.

Chaka is the puppy. She looks a lot bigger than she is in this picture, but shes a sweetybear <3

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
