I saw on LSN someone with similar numbers to mine got about 5k a year more. I think I may as well try, anything extra they give me could help! I'm already really leaning toward Wake but more money will only help

There is a urm in this cycle with my same numbers getting almost double my scholly. I curse my lack of diversity.

I would love to get a little more too..but I don't have anything better to use as leverage...

Unless you count the fact that after my 1st year at FSU I will only be paying about 9k tuition after my scholly (if I get IS tuition)

I received an email about it listing all the dates, I don't think they post the info online. I think there are more ASW on the 18th, 25th, and Apr 1

Not true. I received $15K with a 161.

Not true. I received $15K with a 161.

You may receive *some* money, but you applied pretty late, so it will require some waiting on people to withdraw. and your GPA is probably holding you back...

Also, I've kind of noticed you have quite the temper in many of your posts. Maybe that came through in your app and they just don't want someone so aggressive at Wake

I noticed this as well. A 163/3.4 is not going to get him anything substantial. You might get 5K or something after more people withdrawal.

I was looking for 10, nothing substantial just a little something to make it easier. I already have a great option even with money I wasn't fully set on Wake.

Haha, I'm not mad. I've actually decided to stay in Canada, nothing against any of the U.S. institutions but they were a backup. Canada was my #1 choice to study/practice and now that I'm in I'll be withdrawing my apps money or no money. Now to weep over the $600 extra I had to spend on apps..

I think the opposite is true. The reason you haven't heard anything is because Wake is waiting for scholarship admits to withdraw and free up some $$$. You'll probably have to put down the deposit to find out if they'll give you anything.
