Is everyone currently at "review complete" at/above both medians, save for URMs? I checked just in case and I'm at LSAT med/above GPA 75th.

I wish they had something like Illinois does, where it tells you what the different steps are, and a little description of what each status indicates. That would help my anxiety a little.
Oh well. I guess I'll just continue refreshing my status checker every 10 minutes for the next month.
I feel your pain, despite being in a different situation: I'm not even at the "review complete" stage yet. I mentioned this earlier, and continue to believe that "review complete" is more positive than negative.

I'm right at their median for LSAT (165), but below for GPA (I'm 3.62).

I hope you're right, but it's hard to tell. No one seems to know what exactly "review complete" is supposed to mean.

Did anyone's status sit at "File is incomplete" for a few days? Mine has been like that for the past 2 days despite all my LORs being in. Are they waiting for a paper copy to be sent?

Never had that, but LSAC had all my stuff long before I filled out any apps.

This happened to me. It will change to complete once they receive a paper copy of your app from LSAC.

Don't sweat it being blank. Mine never said "complete." It went from blank to "review complete."

Cool, mine just went to "Review Complete." I would be REALLY surprised if it really is, though, considering I applied a week ago.

If it's in fact YP, then I think you'd be a prime candidate for YP as well (judging by your #s)

YP stands for "yield protection". It means that the adcomm denies or WLs highly over-qualified applicants because they believe that these applicants will ultimately end up matriculating to another school. This way, the school can protect their selectivity score for USNWR rankings.

It's important to note that YP is just a theory, and it is largely unfounded. Very few schools - if any - actually enforce YP.
