anyone know if scholarship info comes in the admit packet?

Hey all! Congrats! I'm a current 1L! Let me know if you have any questions. As for employment prospects, I've talked to a few people who have worked in Cali and there a couple of graduates from last year who got jobs on the West Coast. Obviously, W&M places better in this area, especially DC, but there are graduates who went all over last year! Most people want to work in DC and I think W&M puts you in a great position to do that. I can't speak to w&l's employment but they are both great schools.

I am SO excited to be in at W&M. Certainly one of my top choices, but I do have a couple questions:
Can you talk about life in Williamsburg?
I am married and my wife wants us to go to Chicago or D.C. Any chance she will be bored?
Also-what did you think about the week of "legal skills" (I think that's what they call it) before school started?

Your numbers are similar to mine, and I'm white as can be (with 7 years W.E.) and I'm in as of today.

Is there a relationship b/w having a "review complete" status a few weeks ago (before they all went blank) and being in the 1st wave of acceptances? This info might be useful for applicants in the next cycle.

For what it's worth, I had the "review complete" status (later, it went blank) and I was accepted today via the status checker.

9/1:Application Recieved
9/2:Application complete
9/2-10/13:Blank
10/13:Review Complete
11/4 (I think): Initial Review Complete
11/10 (or sometime last week): Blank again
11/18:Congratulations! Admission Packet has been mailed.

Haha wow... this forum just inspired me to check my status and it says Congratulations! Admit Packet Mailed. Received 10/25, Complete 10/28, Mailed 11/18. 4.0/169/VA Resident. I'll let you know about scholarship info if anything comes in the packet!

Checking LSN (not always perfect) it does seem like admission decisions trickle out rather steadily. So, here is to hoping

Mine too, since 9/2. Not sure if we can say whether it is normal or abnormal, but it's certainly not good.

Not sure why but I don't think I ever received a status checker from william and mary. I received an application received email on 11/1 and a completion e-mail on 11/8, neither of which said anything about a status checker. I've searched my inbox and spam folder and I don't have any other emails from them. Anyone know why I wouldn't have a status checker by now?
