I most likely will be a super-splitter. 3.0 GPA and I'm very confident that I performed above my PT average of 177 on this test. 180 is possible, perhaps.

Re: 2010 Splitters Application Thread
I just about cried today when I calculated that basically 2 complete screw ups from soph. year dragged my GPA down below 3. One was because the internet at my hotel I was taking an online test went down and i missed deadline, other was a math class I had a B going into the final and came out with a D-. Hopefully my lil upward trend gets me a worthless pat on the back or something by the adcomsAdjudicator wrote:I most likely will be a super-splitter. 3.0 GPA and I'm very confident that I performed above my PT average of 177 on this test. 180 is possible, perhaps.

Definitely a splitter here. Even if I went below my PT average I believe I'd still be considered a splitter given my GPA. Will post stats when I get my LSAT score. Crossing my fingers for that 170+.

Re: 2010 Splitters Application Thread
Count me in! I'm 3.1/177 from the June 10 test
I'm applying ED Michigan, but also to Chicago, Columbia, NYU (no chance at any of these), UVA, Georgetown, Duke, Cornell, Vandy, UCLA, WUSTL, UNC...basically all over the place.
Good luck to everyone!

I'm a 3.5/177. I'm hoping for Michigan, also applying to Duke, Cornell, UVA, potentially Penn if I can bring myself to write another essay, Georgetown, Wash U, Vandy, then things like BC/BU, Minnesota, Notre Dame, W&M.

Can I ask why you aren't aiming higher? You could very reasonably snag one of CCN with those #s...but enjoy M with $$ either wayEntchen wrote:I'm a 3.5/177. Re: 2010 Splitters Application Thread
3.3/162..... but I think I did better this time. Hope so anyway, cause I'm shooting NYU and down the T14, also GW/BU/BC. If 175+ ED to NYU, it worries me they average scores though, might be better off giving Penn a try. It's an outside shot either way, but I'm also considering ED GW, with the automatic full ride, just not sure how competitive my numbers would be. Maybe I'm being delusional...

Re: 2010 Splitters Application Thread
I ended up not EDing Michigan because of the money issue. Hopefully that will turn out to have been a wise decision.jt1341 wrote:I hope not, you will get huge Scholly money from MVP with those numbers! good shot at CCN also? I'm not shooting for CCN because I don't want to go to any of them. I really dislike big cities (I grew up in and then near NYC and I would be very happy to never go back). But thanks for the encouragement! Hopefully Michigan agrees with your evaluation!
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
