Looked at your post history (that doesn't sound creepy at all); I have the same df date, same gpa, same LSAT and what I would like to think (of my self), interesting story That USC may like as a contribution to diversity
Dude, twins. I also wrote a diversity statement, but I'm no URM or anything. Would be surprised if they actually cared about it and didn't just send my file directly into the shredder.
Did you apply to UCLA? Judging from what I've seen on LSN, UCLA will at least waitlist a few low LSATers (they rejected me very quickly after applying, though). Looks like USC just flat out denies anything sub 166.

If your status checker just says Decision Finalized, and is blank - what does this mean? I am very afraid, it is very intimidating. No congrats, nothing. Just finalized. Likely reject? #'s would be safe (relatively) admit, but my app has been a love/hate this cycle due to past stupidity.

You'll get a letter in the mail with their decision. GL2U

I know that. I just want to predict their decision right now.

That waitlist does not bode well for us 3/2ers. Or maybe it does because they'll only take x number of solitudes and thats one more open spot. Fuck fretting. Happy St pattys day!

I think the poster was saying they withdrew, not that they were rejected. I had a moment of panic, too.

Not panic - my #'s are probably stronger, but it seems they bunched all of the derelicts into the 3/15 DF group.

I got into 4 T14 schools so far and I'm in the 3/15 group. I don't think it's a bad group to be in.

It's almost funny how shockingly transparent their admissions process is. I can just see the adcoms putting people's applications into splitter/URM/high number/low number piles.

+1. We should all find out today/tomorrow for sure though (snail mail tomorrow obviously). I'm in LA so hopefully a letter comes soon with an acceptance.

I think about this all the time, but it would be naive of us to believe that most if not all schools group like this.

I don't like that they needed a dean's cert. Obviously they're entitled to whatever they want on that front, but I'm not sure it bodes well for my chances. My dean really doesn't like me, and the opinionated nature of a dean's cert can be rough. I was rejected from every school that required one despite having better #'s than most of the accepted class, but held at Columbia so maybe some schools can see through it? I don't know, but I'm very worried

Is USC generally a school where people on the same day get the same result?

Wow Uncomom -- your cycle is pretty crazy...Had your been accepted to UCLA ED you would have had to withdraw from Harvard!!! What Luck!!!!! Congrats.
