USC 2011 Forum

I got an e-mail today with information about the admitted students site, but I never got a letter of acceptance or anything. I'm assuming this means I'm in? I also never got a Rothman invitation, despite being in the December decision final bunch. Maybe they have the wrong address for me? I only have one address, same for permanent and current.

i think this definitely warrants a call to the admissions office....

I just got the e-mail today and the acceptance in the mail today...your mail may just be a bit late. congrats on the acceptance!

Common USC! I'm still UR 12/13, got the rothman packet yesterday, why can't you just send me an acceptance instead!

Just got admitted students email too. Haven't received anything in the mail yet will check when I get home from work. I was DF 12/08. Looks like I'm in!

I just got the e-mail today and the acceptance in the mail today...your mail may just be a bit late. congrats on the acceptance!

Congrats! USC is one of my top choices too (obvi i would love T14 but don't think its going to happen)

I have been complete as of 11/5 and still not under review. I am really worried because I am not a strong candidate and really love USC, so I figure the later they look at my application the worse my chances are. Should I be concerned?

Congrats! I submitted 11/25, Complete 12/14, and not yet IR, so I know I'm in for a wait still.

not knowing your stats, no one can say what your chances are

Thanks! It seems like the timing this year is off for USC (based on my obsessive stalking of threads from previous years... heh) but our stats are close, and I'm not very special in terms of softs, so don't lose hope!

In today by snail mail and email. Filled out Law Scholarship Application as well; not much to it. Does anyone know when we get scholly decisions?

as you are my numbers twin, i am happy for you but simultaneously frustrated that you are getting decisions before me, haha. at least they are acceptances!

Me too. Except I was DF 1/3.
Though my not receiving the snail mail makes sense because mail at my undergrad housing is still not being delivered and is a week late on average.

Me too! UR since 11/11. We have about the same numbers and are both proud Bears (GO BEARS) so here's hoping for acceptances soon!

Don't understand. How do you know you're admitted if you haven't received snail mail? I thought decisions were only done that way...

They then send an email to admitted students with additional info, so it's possible to get the email before the snail mail.
