Sent in late January, UR 2/15. When might a JR1 be coming my way if it was to do so? Harvard's a bit of a stretch for me so Im not expecting too much but I figure Ive got a chance.

It really varies from applicant to applicant. Some get it within a few days of going UR, some within a couple weeks, some within months, some, unfortunately, never.

They very well might be, because they sure aren't busy making calls right now.

Sometime in mid-January, about 3 weeks after I subbed.

The office is closed so I wouldn't be surprised if JR called from a different number, if he calls today (I'm losing faith, I must say). Just thought I'd throw this out there.

Anyone else oscillating between extreme anxiety and anger? I feel like the hlsadmissions twitter post was pretty clear about a wave of admits coming out today...

I thought it was fairly ambiguous. I interpreted it differently originally.

I don't want to get overly pedantic here. I agree the post can be read in more than one way, but if we include some basic background information and put it in its proper context, I think one reading is significantly more likely than the others:
Dear group of people who are worried that we may not admit any students on Monday, which is the day that we usually admit students. Our office will be closed, but keep an eye on your phone for the next wave of admits (i.e., you should keep an eye on your phone in spite of our office being closed).
...what am I supposed to take away from this? That I should sit around waiting for a call on Tuesday? The only other moderately likely reading is that the next wave of admits will begin next week, but this is at best a weird thing to say--how is the office being closed today related to us keeping an eye on our phone next week?

Q: Office closed Mon but keep one eye on your phones for our next round of admit calls. Have a great weekend!

A. Even though office is closed, JR will call on Monday
B. Office is closed, so don't expect a call on Monday.
C. The office is closed Monday, so the next round of admits is the following Monday.
D. The office is closed Monday due to a holiday thus expect admit calls on Tuesday.
E. Harvard is no longer admitting student, kthxbai.

Go to town all you 178-180 LSAT scorers, which is it?

F. I broke into Harvard offices and changed the essays and resumes of admitted folks with horribly typo-ridden versions, therefore their admission offers are retracted. Success!

The office is closed on Monday [so don't expect anything on Monday], but keep your eyes on the phones [We'll give you a little bit of good news to compensate for the bad news, and to let you know that the next wave will be coming early next week, instead of waiting for another Monday].

Edit: Not saying that this is 100% correct or even probable, but it's definitely a valid way of interpreting that tweet.
